These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Tiny Gaze (“Application”) developed by Marioli Studio (“Service Provider”).

All content, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, and software, associated with the Application is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of any part of the Application, including its source code or trademarks, is strictly prohibited.
Device Security
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as these actions can compromise its security, expose it to malware, and may cause the Application to malfunction.

Certain features of the Application may require an active internet connection. If you are using a mobile network, be aware that your mobile provider’s terms and charges, including roaming fees, may apply.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any charges incurred while using the Application.

The Service Provider is not liable for any issues arising from battery depletion or device malfunctions.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be compatible with all operating system versions.
